Virtual Group Fitness
We're thrilled to announce that virtual group fitness is now available at Robinvale Recreation & Aquatic Centre!
Virtual Group Fitness sessions will bring the energy and motivation of our classes directly to you, wherever you are.
What is Virtual Group Fitness?
Virtual Group Fitness offers the opportunity to participate in group fitness classes without the presence of an onsite instructor. Instead, participants follow along with a pre-recorded video of popular Les Mills classes.

HIIT
Experience an exhilarating workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and short periods of rest or lower-intensity exercises. Our HIIT classes are designed to maximize calorie burn, boost metabolism, and improve cardiovascular fitness in a short amount of time. With a mix of bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, and strength training, you’ll push your limits and leave feeling energized and accomplished.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Strengthen and condition your body to its full potential. Designed to build strength, power and endurance, these dynamic sessions incorporate a mix of resistance training, plyometrics, and metabolic conditioning to help you achieve your strength and fitness. Get ready to sweat, lift and transform your physique in an environment that fosters growth, camaraderie and achievement.
MUMS āNā BUBS
Designed exclusively for new mothers, our Mums ‘n’ Bubs classes offer a supportive environment where you can focus on rebuilding strength, stamina, and confidence postpartum. Bring your little one along and bond with other moms while engaging in safe and effective exercises tailored to the needs of postnatal bodies. From gentle cardio and core work to exercises targeting muscle tone and flexibility, these sessions cater to all fitness levels and provide a much-needed opportunity for self-care amidst the joys of motherhood.
BUTTS āNā GUTS
Get ready to sculpt and tone your lower body and core in our Butts ‘n’ Guts classes. Targeting key areas like glutes, thighs, and abdominals, these workouts are designed to help you achieve a firmer, more defined physique. Through a variety of exercises such as squats, lunges, crunches, and planks, you’ll work on strengthening and shaping your trouble spots while improving core stability and posture. Whether you’re looking to lift, tighten, or tone, our Butts ‘n’ Guts classes provide the perfect combination of challenge and results.
