COVID-19 Update

We would like to reassure our members and guests, that once re-open we will be operating with COVID safe plans in place.

Please read the following important information regarding COVID-19 Coronavirus

The Centre is working to ensure the health and safety of all patrons and staff is maintained. We want to address the growing fears around the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and share with you the information we have at the current time.

We are working to ensure our centre remains a safe place to visit and work. The health and safety of our community is our main priority, we always uphold a high standard of hygiene within the centre, however are taking extra precautions during this time.

We hope you will do what you can to take care of yourself and those around you, we also encourage you to use and support our community facility with confidence while it is safe to do so.

Remember if you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of the flu, cough or cold to please remain away from the centre until you are feeling 100%.

Opening Hours

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 

6am to 9am, 2pm to 9pm

Tuesday & Thursday: 

2pm to 9pm

Saturday / Sunday: 

11am - 2pm

Update 22/4/2022

Following the State Government announcement from 11:59pm on April 22 the following restrictions will be eased for our venue:
• Proof of vaccination will no longer be required
• You no longer need to check-in via the Services VIC app each visit.

Update 23/12/2021


Following Government regulations, face masks or covering must be worn by all visitors and staff in our Centre. For the safety of our staff and members, we are able to refuse entry to visitors not wearing a face covering (unless for a medical reason). Your face mask or covering must be worn at all time except when in the pool, exercising causing breathlessness, eating or drinking. When exercising we ask that you please carry a face mask on you at all times - where practical, in the pool, we understand this cannot happen. But we ask you to please wear your face mask to the change rooms and in or out of the centre. Please note: A face covering needs to cover both your nose & mouth and be either a cloth or surgical mask. Even with a mask, please keep 1.5 metres distance between you and others.


• All our staff who are not teaching or instructing
• All members/visitors over the age of 8 years, unless you have a medical condition or are exercising
​When exercising, please carry a mask with you at all times, where practical.

Update 21/10/2021

Dear Members & Guests,

Following the State Government re-opening roadmap, from Friday 22nd October all patrons aged 16+ MUST provide proof of vaccination upon entry and follow the current public health orders.

From Friday 22nd October the below will be in place:

• Our Gym and Group Fitness class capacity will increase to 30 people
• Bookings will no longer be required 
• All patrons aged 16+ MUST provide proof of full vaccination (2 doses) upon entry and follow the current public health orders. Click here for how.
• We will be operating to density limits following 1 person per 4 sqm indoors and 1 person per 2 sqm outdoors
• Masks are mandatory when visiting our venue, they can only be removed when swimming or undertaking exercise that causes you to be out of breath
• Check-in via the Services VIC app is required upon entry

This is subject to change in line with revisions from the state government.

Not double vaccinated? For members who are unable to access the facility at this point you can request a free suspension of your membership by clicking the Get in Touch page on our website and provide us with details of your request. We will also be extending free access to Home Fitness Network at this time for those who cannot attend the facility.

Update 17/9/21

Dear Members & Guests,

We are back!
It’s time to jump back into the activewear and get moving with us again!

As per the State Government directive, we have come out of lockdown and can re-open our doors from 11am on Saturday 18th September.

Restrictions will remain in place including the wearing of masks when in our facility and checking-in via the Service VIC QR Code app when visiting us. 

We will be operating following the current Government restrictions in place. This is subject to change in line with revisions from the state government.

Your Membership will be automatically reinstated from Saturday 18th September. If you do not wish for your membership to be reactivated at this time please contact us via the Get In Touch page on our website. Casual visits can be purchased upon entry.

Here is what you need to know:
• Gym will reopen at 11am on Saturday 18th September with a capacity of 10 people.
• Group Fitness classes will recommence from 6am on Monday 20th September with a capacity of 10 people.
• Service VIC QR check-in is mandatory
• Mask must be worn except when participating in exercise that causes you to be out of breath.
• All Memberships recommence Saturday 18th September unless otherwise advised.
• Bookings are essential.

Practicing Safe Hygiene

We will have hand sanitizers and wipes available for use during your visit. You are encouraged to bring your own also to support the practice of good hygiene.

Update - 01/09/2021

Lockdown Extended

Following the latest State Government directive, lockdown restrictions remain in place for VIC, meaning we will remain closed until further Government direction. 

This closure period is in line with the extended lockdown revisions from the State Government. 

We are saddened by the news, however we all need to work together to help protect our community and stop the spread. We are counting down the days until we can see you again!

Your Membership    

  • Your membership will remain on free suspension until we can reopen our doors. 

  • All future bookings you have made (for the closure period) will be cancelled.   

  • We will contact you once the advised temporary closure period concludes, or as directed by the Government.    

  • We will be giving you FREE access to the Home Fitness Network during the closure period, Check your inbox for an email from Home Fitness Network today. 

  • At this time, we will continue to provide members with FREE access to the Belgravia Foundation’s Mental Health eLearning Program (MHeLP) - an online resource that equips the learner to better understand their own and others mental health and improves their confidence to support someone living with a mental health condition.

What are we doing to minimise health risks in-Centre?

The Centre will be vigilant in implementing infection control procedures including daily cleaning in accordance with normal protocols, the promotion of healthy hygiene habits and will make hand sanitiser available for staff and patrons to use while using the Centre.

If I have or am undergoing a period of self-isolation, what happens to my membership?

If you are showing symptoms or have been recommended by a Health Professional to self isolate, you should be staying at home and minimising contact with others.  Please contact the Centre team to discuss managing your membership where you are uncertain of your options.
